What is Mindblowing Denmark?
‘Mindblowing Denmark’ was a wind power outreach program in relation to EWEA 2012 – Annual Event held in Copenhagen 16th – 19th of April 2012. It was organized by The Danish Wind Industry Association and a broad range of partners.

How was Denmark introduced via Mindblowing Denmark?
As part of  the outreach programme a number of Mindblowing Denmark activities introduced delegates from around the world to wind power in Denmark in the days leading up to and during their visit to EWEA 2012.

What is so special about Denmark?
Denmark is the world leader in wind power and has been so for more than thirty years. Today Denmark is one of the most favorable places to invest in facilities focused on development of wind power, such as R&D, testing, quality production etc.

Being the world’s wind power hub, no country in Europe seems more suitable to host an event such as EWEA 2012. Denmark is the most ambitious country in Europe when it comes to wind power. In 2020, 50 percent of the electricity consumption will be covered by wind power. This transition of the entire electrical power system will only add to the Danish capabilities and manifests that Denmark is an ideal place for future wind investments.
